Dr. Viral Patel
Dr. Viral Patel is dedicated to providing exceptional dental care and helping the San Antonio, TX, community achieve optimal oral health. Born and raised in India, he earned his Bachelor of Dental Surgery degree in 2007. Dr. Patel later pursued his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree in the USA, graduating with High Honors from Boston University School of Dental Medicine in 2011. He received the “Patient Care Excellence Award” and was inducted into the “Lambda Mu Chapter of Omicron Kappa Upsilon,” a national dental honor society recognizing academic excellence.
Dr. Patel has pursued continuing education training in implant dentistry, endodontics, oral surgery, cosmetic dentistry, and orthodontics. He values compassion, integrity, and trust when building patient relationships and strives to help every individual achieve a smile they are proud to share.
Outside of dentistry, Dr. Patel enjoys spending time with his wife, Dr. Vaidehi Mehta, and their children, Shanaya and Arjun. His hobbies include traveling with his family and playing tennis.

Dr. Vaidehi Mehta
Dr. Vaidehi Mehta is a gentle, caring dentist dedicated to providing health-centered dental care using the most advanced techniques and materials. She holds dual doctorate degrees from Boston University School of Dental Medicine and the University of Mumbai, where she graduated at the top of her class at both institutions. She has completed continuing education training in sleep apnea treatment, Invisalign, traditional braces, and implant dentistry.
Dr. Mehta takes pride in understanding each patient’s unique dental needs and crafting personalized treatment plans. She believes that listening attentively is the first step toward effective care, ensuring every patient feels heard and valued.
Outside of dentistry, Dr. Mehta enjoys spending time with her husband, Dr. Viral Patel, and their two children, Shanaya and Arjun.

Dr. Deborah Solórzano
Dr. Deborah Solórzano was raised in San Antonio, TX. Dr. Solórzano is a proud St. Mary’s alumni, where she completed her undergraduate studies and earned a Bachelor of Science in biology and minored in chemistry. Shortly after, Dr. Solórzano moved to Houston to attend the University of Texas Dental Branch – Houston. Dr. Solórzano is constantly taking continuing education courses and strives to provide the best care for her patients.
During her free time, Dr. Solórzano enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her long-haired Chihuahua – Zoe. Working out, church activities, and trying various kinds of international food are amongst Dr. Solórzano’s favorite things to do.
Dr. Ankita Nigam
Dr. Nigam has many accomplishments! She earned her MDS in Prosthodontics and Implantology from Mumbai, India in 2017 and practiced in India. Her quest to achieve excellence led her to the United States of America. She further studied in her Specialty and became a prosthodontic resident at the Harvard School of Dental Medicine, Boston earning a MMSc in Oral Biology with a Certificate in Prosthodontics in 2023. During her residency, she oversaw dental students as a clinical instructor, and was promoted to Chief Resident. Dr. Nigam has received many awards throughout her education for her research and clinical case presentations at national and international dental conferences. At these events, she showcased her skills of comprehensive prosthetic treatment—highly esthetic and challenging cases! But she is most content when small changes make a big difference to her patients.
Dr. Nigam is trained in all facets of prosthodontics, from dentures, smile designing, crown and bridges, to implant surgery. She is passionate about providing the highest level of patient care and bring back smiles with her artistic and creative skills. She is committed to provide excellent, efficient, ethical, and quality healthcare.
When she’s not busy, she enjoys quality time with her husband, traveling, CrossFit, trying new cuisine, and tackling DIY home improvements.
DR. Greene
Dr. Greene graduated dental school from the University of Texas Health Science Center San Antonio in 2011 before going on to receive her certification in General Practice Residency at the University of Utah. Among her many prestigious accomplishments is Dr. Greene’s work with new graduates in an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency, where she has held the title of Program Director for the past 5 years. Developing new graduates into excellent practitioners was extremely rewarding for her.
After being out-of-state for over a decade, Dr. Greene is happy to be back home in Texas. Dr. Greene enjoys all aspects of dentistry, but has a particular love for providing surgical services to patients: removal of wisdom teeth, implant placement, etc. She provides sedation to ensure that her patients have a relaxed dental experience.
In her free time, Dr. Greene enjoys being with her son, traveling, and exercising.
Dr. Manil Desai
Dr. Manil Desai is a highly skilled dentist trained at NYU College of Dentistry. Dr. Desai is dedicated to providing exceptional dental care and helping his patients achieve their most beautiful smiles. With a special focus on prosthodontics, Dr. Desai possesses an unwavering commitment to enhancing lives through the restoration, by controlling infection and improvement of dental aesthetics. His expertise lies in the design, fabrication, and fitting of various dental prostheses, including crowns, bridges, and dentures. With meticulous attention to detail, he ensures that each restoration meets the highest standards of quality, functionality, and aesthetic appeal.
Dr. Desai completed his Doctorate of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree at NYU College of Dentistry, esteemed for its renowned programs and rigorous academic curriculum. During his time at NYU, he developed a strong foundation in general dentistry and honed his skills in prosthodontics through comprehensive coursework and practical training under the guidance of esteemed faculty members.
Dr. Desai firmly believes that a confident smile can significantly impact an individual’s quality of life. Understanding the unique dental concerns of his patients, he takes a personalized approach, tailoring treatment plans to address their specific needs and desires. Through compassionate care and open communication, he guides his patients towards achieving the smile they have always envisioned, restoring their confidence and transforming their lives.
Dr. Desai is originally from India where he lived till he was eleven years old. Then his family migrated to Connecticut where they have called home for the last 15 years. His family has instilled excellent core values that makes him extremely hard working, kind and caring towards his patients. He moved to Texas 2 years ago and is eager to help the community with his knowledge and skills. He is excited to become an integral part of the fabric of the community. Dr. Desai is fluent in four languages including English, Spanish, Hindi and Gujarati.
Dr. Nancy Duque
Dr. Nancy Duque has been practicing dentistry since her graduation from the University of Michigan in 1986, where she also obtained her bachelor’s degree. Her career has taken her from Illinois to Indiana before settling in Texas in 2008. Alongside her private practice, she has shared her expertise as a faculty member at the University of Illinois at Chicago Dental School and Northwestern University Dental School.
Presently, she serves as an adjunct professor at the UT San Antonio School of Dentistry. Furthermore, Dr. Duque holds the role of Regional Director for the Mommy Dentists in Business group, a national organization supporting female dentists. She dedicates her time to volunteering weekly at the San Antonio Christian Dental Clinic at Haven for Hope and is an active member of the San Antonio Dental Study Club.
Outside of her professional life, Dr. Duque is happily married to Tony, and together, they have an adult daughter named Margot, along with their beloved pets, Roxy and Julia. Her interests include playing pickleball, traveling, and avidly supporting Michigan football.
